Folks, please communicate with me any special requests that you may have concerning the rooms. Direct calls to the hotel have caused confusion because I am the only one who knows that you are booked. Calling the hotel only causes double bookings. I have been assigning rooms as the information sheets are returned to me. This is why we were able to get the price that we did - the hotel doesn't have to worry about room allocations. If you require a ground floor room, or any special request, just let me know and I will do my best.
